You can use either your username or email you used to register your account.

Go to log-in screen and click the ‘forgot your password’ link.

You can find your tracking number in your account – Go to my account > Orders and select the order you are looking for. The tracking will be in the order if it has been shipped. You should also have an email from Stamps.com that would have the Tracking Number

Once you have finished the process you will receive an email from them with attachments. One of them is a PDF attachment of your physician statement. Please email that or forward the email including all attachments to [email protected]. Our support team will apply it to your account.

If you’re a current member needing to update your documents, go to your account page. At the bottom of the page you will see upload my documents button.

If you have issues uploading your documents, please contact support via email and we can manually update your account.

You can find your unique affiliate link by going to “My Account”, navigate to the “Affiliate Area”. Your link will be under affiliate URL.

Payout for store credit will be issued by the 5th of the month.

Cash payout will be sent by the 15th of the month.
